CANCELLATION POLICY
We ask that you please reschedule at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment, or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the price of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after 47 hours will receive a 0% refund of the deposit. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 47 hours of the appointment or in the case of a no-show. I’m also a certified scalp spa specialist, offering elevated scalp spa therapy focused on scalp health, relaxation, and a total reset. My chair is all about great communication, healthy hair, and results you feel confident in from the moment you leave the salon to the weeks in between. I can’t wait to meet you.
